Who counts as a user.
Your plan is chosen by how many people run the quality system — so the line between running it and being subject to it decides which plan you need. Get it wrong and a QMS quietly stops reaching the shop floor, which is where most of the evidence actually comes from.
You pay for the people who run the quality system, not the people it touches.

Form-driven field capture for the shop floor, with edit windows that close records into signed evidence. Priced by site rather than by user, because Logbooks is deployed per physical location. The people using it on the floor stay free.
- Storage
- Every plan includes an allowance, and additional storage comes in buckets with the per-GB rate falling as the bucket grows. Hitting your cap never blocks a record being written.
- Multi-year terms
- Commit for three years and take 10% off; five years, 15%. Your rate is locked for the term either way, so a long program is never exposed to a price change mid-flight.

Who exactly do we pay for?
The people who run the quality system: anyone assigned in a core quality module — document control, CAPA, nonconformance, change control, quality events, internal audit, QC inspection, or as a training manager. Everyone else is free — suppliers working through the portal, shop-floor staff logging on the floor, and everyone who simply completes assigned training are never counted, however many of them there are.
Which plan do we need?
The one that covers the people who run your quality system. Plans are 5 users, 25 users and 50 users, from $6,000 a year, and the whole quality system is in all of them; Logbooks is priced per site. If you sit between two plans you take the lower one and add users at its rate, so a 12-person quality function pays $14,400 rather than $15,000.
What happens when our team grows?
Add users at your plan's own rate — $1,200 on the 5 users plan, $600 on the 25 users plan, $400 on the 50 users plan each a year. Once those extras would cost more than the plan above, we move you up instead of letting you overpay: that happens at 13 users on the 5 users plan and at 34 users on the 25 users plan. Past 50 users, extras continue at $400 per extra user / year until it is worth shaping a plan around your program.
Do we pay more for extra sites?
Not for the subscription. Your plan is chosen by quality-user headcount, so a five-site manufacturer with twelve quality users is on the same plan as a single-site one with twelve. Sites still exist in the product, as a permission scope and on records; they are just not a billing axis. Logbooks is the exception, because it is deployed per physical location.
Why is internal audit in every plan rather than an add-on?
Because ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 both require it. A quality system that cannot run an internal audit does not meet the standards it is sold against, so putting it behind a paywall would be selling an incomplete product. Audit findings, QC inspection and calibration are in every plan for the same reason.
What counts towards storage?
Documents, attachments and inspection images count against your plan allowance. Audit-trail entries and record metadata do not. If you reach the allowance nothing stops — we will not block a CAPA being raised, a document being released or a signature being applied — and additional storage comes in buckets, with the per-GB rate falling as the bucket grows.
Can we sign up online or start a free trial?
No. Every plan starts with a conversation, because a regulated quality system needs its roles, workflows and defaults set up before anyone relies on it. The prices on this page are the list prices.
What does implementation cost?
From $5,000, one time, for a single-site manufacturer, against a published list: 5 hours of live training, guided data import, a workflow build session, company defaults, and roles and users. Self-serve learning stays open to your whole team afterwards. Data migration and integrations are scoped on top, and anything outside the list is $150 per hour, estimated and approved before it starts.
